What it does is expand in your stomach to make you feel full. Sounds like a good concept and for the most part, it does make you feel full.
But something expanding in the stomach does bring up a few concerns:
- What happens if it expands to a size larger than your stomach?
- Will it leave a gel-like residue in my stomach after it's used up?
- Will it prevent me from absorbing necessary nutrients during digestion?
- Will an obstruction form in my digestive path?
- If it works so well then why use such a "hard" sell?
We think these are good questions and we can't seem to find any answers. Yes we are skeptical. Nevertheless the theory is sound: If you feel full you will not want to eat, and Zetacap contains negligible calories so your caloric intake is less.
