Anatril is a relatively new weight loss supplement, which uses Hoodia as its main ingredient.
A majority surveyed found themselves taking a lot more than the recommended two capsules per day to keep the appetite suppressant feeling. These individuals averaged about 3.75 capsules per day.
Some said that using Anatril does keep them from eating between meals.
Anatril seemed to have only appetite suppressant qualities. Increases in energy and thermogenic (fat burning) qualities were not evident.
Summary Conclusion:
Taking away the calories of eating in between meals does add up. However, the effects of the hoodia in Anatril tend to wear off later in the day. So, do not be surprised if you will want to take one or more capsules than directed. Most surveyed did find themselves taking more than 2 capsules.
