My husband and I have been taking Zetacap for about 5 weeks now and we both have had very good success with it...We both still eat healthy and with Zetacap help we feel very full with eating half the servings we used to eat. We have plenty of energy and feel great.

Well, I have only tried this for about a week now and I must admit in the 3rd day up to now I have noticed a change in my appetite. I am not craving food as I usually do. I love McDonalds. I usually order dbl cheesberger meal supersize with fries - now I can't even eat half of the fries nor have the room to finish the entire sandwich.
Last night we had pot roast and I fixed my plate as I normally do. I always dig in for seconds, but honestly, I could barely finished my meal and forget going for seconds. I felt so full that I just felt like if I was going to take one more bite I would literally explode.
